1. you contact us by phone or email if you want to have a fix installation for your venue
2. one consultant from us will answer as fast as possible and he will arrange for a meeting in the venue. There he will make observation on all the aspects related with the club, like hanging elements, best places for installation, power sources and other accessories that can be installed there like bouncing mirrors or mirror balls etc..
3. our consultant builds a project with your details and demands and you will get a copy with technical details
4. a contract is signed between the 2 parts
5. the equipments are installed in the venue
Your role ends here, but we offer technical support and assistance. The whole project has one year warranty, that means all the equipments are 1 years warranty plus our assistance is free of charge for 1 year. We can do also an extended warranty contract for 2 years on demand.
